CONSULTANCY: Data Transparency Assessment under the Partnerships for Justice (P4J) Programme

If interested and available to undertake this consultancy assignment, please submit your application
online and attach the required documents including the technical proposal with an all-inclusive budget incorporating an approximate number of travel days for field travel. Application should contain the following.

1. Technical proposal: The Technical Proposal should articulate an understanding of the TOR, a proposed methodology Timeline and level of effort by deliverable. The similar table provided in the TOR is indicative. Applicants may use the indicative table as a guide or deviate as per the proposed approach. Technical Proposal Component should not exceed 5 pages.

2. Budget: The budget should be all inclusive. Include a breakdown of costs i.e professional fees, proposed travel costs and perdiem, communications costs and any other proposed cost under this consultancy. The budget is to be presented in United States Dollars.

3. CVs of Core Team: 3 paged CVs of the core consultancy team.

4. Sample work of similar survey conducted.
